WFNC Pink Day Round
The Whorouly Football Netball club annually fundraises for the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund as part of their pink day round however this year we are going one step further! One of our football playing superstars Will Allen has come on board and committed to cutting off his dreadlocks that he has had for over 10 years if we hit our fundraising target of $5000.
The big cut will happen on the 25th May in the evening once presentations and other formalities have been completed.
Our pink round is on the 18th May in Whorouly with money from our ladies day event and raffles going towards our fundraising goal!
The Trust Fund is a 100% local charity, with all money raised going towards new facilities, services and research at the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre.
This will mean that more people in our regional community will be able to get the treatment and support they need close to their home and families.
