The Albury Wodonga Football Association State of Origin Charity Match is back for its third year, and we're aiming to make an even greater impact in 2026.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the event raised $5,400 in 2024 and an outstanding $10,481.96 in 2025, bringing our total contribution to $15,881.96 for the Sunshine Trust.

The Sunshine Trust is a local charity dedicated to helping people throughout our region access essential cancer treatment and support services closer to home.

This year's event will once again showcase the very best men's and women's players from across the AWFA, proudly representing Victoria and New South Wales in an exciting State of Origin clash.

More than just a game, this event brings our soccer community together to support local individuals and families facing the challenges of cancer.

As we look ahead to 2026, we're determined to make this our biggest fundraiser yet. We invite you to support our fundraising efforts and help ensure local cancer patients and their families receive the care, assistance, and hope they need when it matters most.
