Riding my push bike 3000km across the length of New Zealand!
This February and March, I’ll be riding my push bike across the entire length of New Zealand as part of the Tour Aotearoa, a 3,000+ km bike packing challenge spanning both the North and South Islands.
As part of this journey, I’ve chosen to support the Albury Wodonga Cancer Centre, a cause incredibly close to my heart. Cancer has impacted the lives of people I deeply care about—my best friend, who faced testicular cancer at just 21. My Dad—who recently underwent treatment for prostate cancer and my former football coach, Karl Jacka, who tragically passed away at 35, now 8 years ago.
The Albury Wodonga Cancer Centre provides lifesaving support and treatment to those in our regional community, allowing them to stay close to home and family instead of traveling to Melbourne for care. Every dollar raised goes directly to new facilities, services and research, making a real impact on countless lives.
