In Memory Of Wayne and Christine Barber
We are taking part in the Sunshine Ride on March 14 and 15, 2025 and with my team, will be riding 24 hours on an exercise bike in memory of Wayne and Christine Barber.
Christine lost her long battle with cancer in 2020, sadly Wayne was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer just prior to her passing. Wayne passed away in 2021.
We know the importance of having a local facility that can provide treatment and care to those diagnosed with cancer and their families.
All money raised through the Sunshine Ride stays in our region to fund new facilities, services and research at the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre.
This means that more people in our community can access the cancer treatment and support they need, close to their home, and their family and friends.
