Virtual Sunshine Walk

We have all been affected by cancer or know someone who has been. Please donate a little if you are able to. My beautiful Mum died from Cancer when I was eighteen and I think of her everyday.

I'm fundraising to support the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund. Regional people deserve the very best in treatment and care, just like people in capital cities.

Every cent I raise will stay locally to help local people. People going through the cancer journey should be able to do it close to home, where they can be supported by their family, friends and communities.

The funds we raise through the Virtual Sunshine Walk will help pay for new equipment for earlier diagnosis and treatment. It will pay for staff training, so the local workforce can stay up to date with the rapidly changing world of cancer treatment. It will be invested in research, providing local people access to national drug trials, and it will support wellness services, like psychology, exercise programs and support groups.

Everyone in our community knows someone affected by cancer, so let's come together to support this vital local service. Every dollar counts!

Every Cent Helps

Please make a little donation if you are able to.
Cancer affects  all of us throughout our lives.
We were all young when our Mum died and we so wish we could have had some more time with her.
Ruth was so brave, a remarkable and inspiring lady.
Over time I have marveled at the advances made in treatment ,support and care provided to all and their families battling this disease and trying to get through each day.
We still have a long way to go but  wonderful events like The Sunshine Walk make such a huge difference.
We are so fortunate to be healthy and able to be a part of such a great day.

Thank you to my Sponsors
